Proposing myself as PSC member of Product, Helpdesk and Project

"Analytic Accounts" under "Accounting" 

Dear community,

Would it be worth making a tiny module “analytic_menu” that adds “Analytic Accounts” item right next to “Analytic Items” since otherwise this list is accessible only if user has Billing Manager permissions, while data is still readable by “Billing” permissions with “Show Analytic Accounting”?
