Maybe... Tools? Calendar is something quite ubiquitous in Odoo, used for many purposes. I'm not sure how to fit it elsewhere.

Or maybe create a "calendar" one, but if after all these years that repo is almost empty, I don't think it's worth it for now...

I can't find which OCA team manages the https://github.com/OCA/calendar/ repo.

I'm pushing some modules there, and modern branches are mostly empty, so I guess I should be PSC there.
