Re: Proposing myself as l10n-spain PSC
It doesn't seem like a personal problem to me, at least looking at the github account, which shows a more review-centric experience.
I agree with the view that a PSC must be approved by current PSCs, as personal knowledge is essential
However, only 3 real people on such an important PSC seems not enough, in Italy we have 9.
