Hi David,

In your case travis_install_nightly fails because it tries to download
https://github.com/wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf/releases/download/0.12.1/wkhtmltox-0.12.1_linux-xenial-amd64.deb
which does not exist (anymore?)
