you might take a look at the base_dav and calendar_dav modules, which provide caldav access to odoo’s calendar. unfortunately, the last available version is for odoo 11, because the migration has been blocked by the discussion whether to update the radicale library (on which base_dav depends) or not.

Releasing new software that pretty much by necessity is internet accessible built on a deprecated library that hasn't received updates for 5 years simply is grossly negligent.
